The Kingsbridge Feoffees Applicant Criteria
People applying for our properties must fulfil the Applicant Criteria. They must:

• Live or work within Kingsbridge, or its surrounding parishes
• Have immediate family members who live or work within Kingsbridge, or its surrounding
  parishes

Applications from people who don’t fulfil the Applicants Criteria will not be considered for
our properties, as the core ethos of the Kingsbridge Feoffees is to benefit the people of Kingsbridge.

When a property becomes vacant, it is advertised through this website. Potential tenants must apply
using the official application form and return it to us by the deadline. Applications which fulfil our
Applicant Criteria will be assessed on a housing needs basis and a shortlist of applicants will then be
invited for interview.

Applicants will be asked to provide the following details:

• the people that need housing
• their finances
• their employment situation
• if they have any health requirements, such as physical or sensory disabilities
• where they currently live and why they are applying for a Kingsbridge Feoffee property
• any homes they own, or have owned
• two personal references
