Donations and Legacies

There is desperate shortage of affordable homes to rent in South Devon.

Since 1998, the Feoffees have expanded the number of residential properties they can offer for rent in Kingsbridge from 3 to 25, but the need is always growing. With your help we can provide even more affordable housing, to more local people.

Donations

We are always pleased to accept one-off or regular donations. Whether you decide on a single donation or a regular payment, it would really help if you are willing to Gift Aid your contribution so that we can claim a further 25% from HMRC. You need to be a United Kingdom tax payer for us to benefit from this facility. If you pay a higher rate of tax then you can personally recover the tax back.

Legacies - leaving money, or a gift, to us in your will

We are very grateful for a legacy from D M Turner which enabled us to pay for the design and build of one of the flats in the Derby Road development for the benefit of people with visual impairments.
